      Good system with a long term vision towards excellence in teaching and learning. Ample time and resources devoted to professional development. Good infrastructure and considerable investment in enabling educators use emerging technology and pedagogies in education.

      Inconvénients

      Top down approach with little consultation with educators. Professional advancement is limited and often decided by few individuals in management. Progression and pay can often begin to stagnate once one reaches his/her maximum grade.

      Avantages

      Colleagues are motivated and systems are already in place so there is much support to help you jump right into the teaching. Students really want to learn, and it's incredibly satisfying helping them along the way.

      Inconvénients

      Management can be a little distant, and teachers are sometimes given many responsibilities to juggle on the side.
