      Decent pay but no raises, so negotiate high

      Inconvénients

      They’ll work you until you burn out and then be confused about why you’re burnt out. They give promotions and then take them away, try to undercut their hardest working employees, and lay people off with no notice for no reason.

      Avantages

      GM is the best i have worked for in my 10 years in this industry, our OPs team is the best i have worked with, staff members are amazing and hard workers who deserve better.

      Inconvénients

      Corporate needs to get off their high horses and come down and show more care for the staff here on the ground, instead of running this staff on a skeleton crew constantly, allowing us to hire more people is key, Sales director on the corporate level gossips about staff members while guest are around, is toxic towards our team, and expects us to do every part of her job while we do ours as well.
