      Avantages

      * Lots of energy. * Neat technology. * There are a lot of very talented, intelligent and passionate people that work here. * Free soda.

      Inconvénients

      * Uncompetitive salary. * Very unprepared and very, very bad middle management and upper management. * For many rackers there just isn't a lot of growth planning. This leads to burnout.
