Avantages
lively and fun place to be. dress down culture, use of XBox, PS2, Table Tennis table etc. pay is nice when you get your targets done.
Inconvénients
senior management has some funny ideas of how to get out of a crisis. communication levels are very low, so clients end up mystery shopping you and then you end up back tracking as there is no uniform way to sell a product/ service in a sensible pricing structure.
