Perspective commerciale
Avantages
In the early years it was an organization full of passionate, intelligent individuals all working for cause. It does have great insurance benefits and still some solid people.
Inconvénients
On Wall Street the company performs, but at a high price for the front line people and lower management. People work ungodly hours and don't succeed based on their talents and merits. They succeed based on the political acumen and the ability to deflect blame and accountability. The company talks a lot about culture, but these days it is a thin veneer of slides in the office, food trucks and big parties. The heart of the company, and many of the good people who built the company, are long gone- unfortunately.
