Avantages
The corporate Culture is fantastic. Everyone wants to work together and make this place a better company and enjoyable place to work. The idea of fanatical support really does motivate one to try to do their best while on the job. Management from the top down understands that employees are the most valuable asset of the company and really does try to work with you to advance your development and career.
Inconvénients
The current transition from public to private is always hard. Employees who have been with the company the longest are struggling the most with this change.
