You learn to work in the pressure environments, independently and in a team. Working on all the clouds is an asset and add-on to your resume. You can come with new ideas and work on features even in the nascent stages of your career. The negative reviews here are given usually people who prefer offices with less workloads and want to live a not-so-active work life. Hence, the domain, benefits, guidance, culture, people, everything deserves a 5-star rating here.
