Avantages
Great Work life balance. Technology is near cutting edge. Very stable bank to work for. Some of the senior execs have a very good style of motivating and getting the most out of their people.
Inconvénients
The saying in the Expat community is "If your not dutch your not much" It is sad but true. I have seen my dutch colleagues rise to the heavens as I sit in the gutter with more experience and harder work ethic (Not drinking coffee all day). This is the reason I left the bank. Had more experience than most of my department combined yet always passed over for my dutch colleagues. Very sad. Also if they could get there act straight without the individual businesses working for the betterment of the bank and not trying to empire build you may have a concise path and message from the executive management.
