The company culture is one of the most significant highlights - there's truly a commitment to personal and professional development. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee growth and invests in their future. Innovation and creativity are also encouraged which keeps things exciting and fun!

      Inconvénients

      The fast-paced environment can sometimes be overwhelming, especially during periods of significant change.

      Avantages

      Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

      Inconvénients

      Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

      Avantages

      Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

      Inconvénients

      Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
