Very poor communication across the board. Senior management are often out of their depth. No investment in staff; profits are ploughed into acquisitions (which are often ill-advised). Unwilling to allow flexible working despite paying the lowest salaries in the industry and being headquartered in the UK's most expensive postcode. No coherent plan and no support for team and department managers, leading to systemic problems across the board.
