Avantages
flexible hours, work from home, great people, what's a big pro for me is the job itself - you get to work with people from all over the world, the work is very dynamic, always changing, so it never gets boring
Inconvénients
high workload with unpaid overtime, you can get clients and vendors in many different time zones and deadlines have to be kept, so some days/weeks you can end up with 24h/day availability, planning your free time can get very difficult, since client is priority and if they send you something urgent e.g. Friday evening it needs to be dealt with
