      Working from home, very laxative for people who can be independent.

      Inconvénients

      New management couldn't care less about people, they are making sure this is a horrible environment to work in.

      Avantages

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Inconvénients

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
