      Avantages

      Great Human Rights Organization doing good work and they have a good profile in the countries where they are based. The office I worked in had a small staff but credibility with partners

      Inconvénients

      One of the country directors was not good to his employees and there was repeated cases of intimidation from him if you did not do things his way. Not much support from the main office when concerns were raised

      the institution is havinf financial problems so its going through a laid off
