Avantages

Good salary, food vouchers and time to time raffles.

Inconvénients

Poor management. HR works more as a recruiting part but they do nothing more. One of the worst training I've ever had not work oriented and lot of redundancy, a waste of good time you could actually learn what to do. Back to back calls with people that are always asking for a supervisor since the company that we serve is one of the worst corporation in the world, and no de-escalation team not help from the supervisors, they just give you a generic script to "de-escalate" the situation. Forget about getting a raise or a bonus the company is always "having a hard time getting by" but you can see managers parking a new car every now an then. Awful sick/leave policies. Close to 0 growth opportunities (some supervisor has to quit due to burnout so a position can be opened) QA is an external vendor There is no workforce management Supervisors have a lot of workload and miss to care about the most important, the agents. Almost impossible metrics to get a bonus at the end of the month. No career opportunities at all, go, get the money for a bit while you look for a better place to run.

Avantages

Working at RUI has been pretty great. The training got me up to speed fast, and I’ve always felt supported by management. They’re easy to talk to and always there when I need help. It’s a good place to work and grow.

Inconvénients

customers are hard sometimes, goals can be difficult with the calls we take

Remote, customers want service most of the time bc we are the only providers in the area.

, a lot of calls get transferred to other departments bc of how the automated call in system works ,
