      Avantages

      You’ll have great peers. Cleaners and baristas are lovely people.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management. They’ll protect their own and nepotism is real. Company values absolutely means nothing internally. They do not practice it. Lack of direction and structure. Low salaries and beer o’clock feels like the “dop stelsel”. Also, management is completely white except for HR.

      This company is fantastic in the sense that they encourage pro-active employees that work on valuable initiatives, and support those initiatives if it would benefit the company or its customers. They are open to new ideas and growing with the times.

      Inconvénients

      Getting new initiatives into production can be a lengthy processes.
