CEO and President. Commission structure constantly changed for the benefit of two people. Owner bought a 150K Porsche while getting rid of his best earners and then didn't pay money owed. Spent another 150K on a Vegas trip at Hakkasan while he lied about an expansion that never happened. What happened to third floor expansion? What about RPM Tow Systems? Stay away from this company its a fraudulent company, they dont pay their carriers. Do a little research its easy to find. Or just ask someone who works there, I promise they are not happy.

One of the things we value at RPM is our open door policy for our employees to share their experiences (good or bad), provide clarification regarding certain situations, and get meaningful feedback in order to continually improve our operations and culture. Office location, rec sports leagues, unlimited PTO

Inconvénients

In about 2 years with RPM I’ve seen exactly one person receive a promotion… to CEO. Some kind and genuine people, others not so much. You’ll overhear lots of hushed conversations behind peoples backs. Leaders love the sound of their own voice yet barely move the needle. Not much potential for growth. RPM seems to be in the business of letting people go and then bringing in outside talent. Resilience. Reliability. Respect.
