      None that hold any significant value for non-upper management employees.

      Inconvénients

      -Company takes advantage of poor people -Overtly racist staff -Owner only cares about filling his pockets with $$$ -Low pay -Unsafe working conditions (and upper management won’t do anything to improve the situation) -Avoid at all costs

      Great benefits. Ethics. Summer hours. Room for growth

      Inconvénients

      It's property management so the worst is always going to be any disputes with unsatisfied residents. Hasn't happened but no matter what company you're with, there is always one.
