Great company - Avis employé Customer Service Representative RPCS

Great company, close circle/team, little "bureaucracy" to get things approved and done. Team is very knowledgeable and great opportunities to learn and grow. Management is awesome, as long as you get your work done and keep up they'll leave you alone. Help is provided when needed.

Pay can be lower than other companies.

My review after almost 23 years of working there. They treat their employees horribly, They seem to promote and pay more who aren't female, like to hide the sexual harassment that occurs there. They lie about pay even tho was previously agreed upon, including vacation pay that was earned and not payed out.
