Inconvénients
The company has been acquired by Staysure who are making decisions with little interaction from the ROCK function. The businesses operate very differently and I think there has been a huge oversight by not consulting with the experts at ROCK, this was one of the reason as to why I left the business. The communications from group are poor and feel very out of touch with ROCK. There is not enough recognition from group about the great things going on ROCK and it often feels overlooked
