Avantages
As a summer intern for ROC Group, I had the extraordinary opportunity to work alongside seasoned communications professionals in a collaborative and energetic environment. What ROC lacks in size (a company of less than 50 people), it makes up for in talent and heart. The employees are hardworking, intelligent, creative, and truly a joy to be around. It is this combination of talent and personality that allows ROC to produce high-quality, cutting edge projects and maintain optimal client relationships.
Inconvénients
There's a lot of autonomy--no one holds your hand or nags you to get work done. This aligns with my work style, but if you're someone who needs daily management, direction, and critique, ROC may not be the right fit.
