After working for numerous famous cosmetic brands for many years, I decided to take a role at RMS Beauty. I was tired of negative draining corporate environments. I was looking for a place to flourish, grow, learn, and truly contribute in a positive environment. I found it at RMS. All of the team members work together without being competitive or sabotaging each other. Working fast and hard is fun here. I have been more productive at this company than many of the large ones we all know. The founder truly cares about the people who work for her and is accessible allowing one to learn and grow in a way that is hard or impossible at other brands. She is generous with her experience and vision. I don't feel boxed in and am able to take initiative with company support access to needed information and excitement. No micromanaging. If you are one to sit around and wait for instructions all the time this may not be for you. Compensation is commensurate with your experience and value add, thus very fair. Benefits are excellent. This is not only a wellness brand, but it is also a wellness company - the CEO/ Founder makes it a priority that work life, personal life, and health are key, unlike some other green brands that don't practice what they preach. As a bonus the company is generous with their excellent products, encouraging employees to use them as they like. It is fun to have lots of uniquely beautiful makeup that really delivers.
Inconvénients
Many positions require relocating. However not all of them. Relocation can be tricky for some although fine for others.
