Avantages
Some wonderful people. It's a great place to meet likeminded people and make friends. Sometimes there are opportunities for international travel. If you're looking to gain experience it's a good place to start out.
Inconvénients
High turnover of people and distinct differences in how people are treated. On international trips we stayed in hostels and dodgy motels while managers were in much nicer places. Promised a bonus every year that never materialised. Paid significantly less than the job description. A lack of transparency from managers and periods of random sackings/redundancies that left people on edge.
