      Avantages

      Work radius is fairly small - will not require you to travel out of state. Undertake decent size construction projects giving exposure to most civil applications. Good leadership at the top of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Smaller size construction company. Could use more training for young engineers coming into the industry.

      Avantages

      The work is repetitive and straight forward. It is a fairly easy job to manage. Most of the responsibility is in ensuring payroll is reported.

      Inconvénients

      The executives do not have concern about employees or how management only responds when circumstances force them to. There is blatant harassment and it is tolerated because the owners are not willing to acknowledge its existence.
