Avantages
I found the work itself kind of fun. It is quite mechanic but you feel the progress and time goes by quickly (at least in my experience).
Inconvénients
Depending on the supervisor and the team, jobs can get pretty stressful. I've had some supervisors who were outright rude to employees who weren't quick enough for them. I've heard quite a lot of stories about the management setting unrealistic time standards for jobs while not providing enough workers, and not listening to their employees when told so.
