Avantages
Client focused, high levels of integrity, low levels of inter-office competition, collegial atmosphere. A definite focus on doing what is right by the client; I never saw anyone attempt anything remotely close to unethical. Clients are treated well, staff is generally treated well; this is not a 'high pressure' boiler room.
Inconvénients
Smaller company; tends to be ossified in teams; difficulty in moving between functional areas; some resistance to change and organization upheaval.
