      Avantages

      Company retains it's employees and tries to keep everyone. Hard working production and operations team. Some good employees trying to make a difference.

      Inconvénients

      Technologically obsolete - all the good R&D talent left. Management was bad - company acquired and worst management arrived from new owners. New management has no idea what they are doing and accelerating decline. Company full of internal politics.

      Avantages

      if you work on the manufacturing floor, the hr is 7am to 3:30pm - which is good for someone wants to go home early.

      Inconvénients

      magt. team doesn't repect employees.
