Avantages
Renegard has a healthy, team-centric culture that prides itself on the health and happiness of its employees. To join Renegard is to join another family. Everyone in the company has direct impact on its overall success and each employee is aware of this and owns it. I have had the privilege of hiring employees and watch them grow in different ways and move their way up the ranks which I take great pride in. Renegard's customer service takes it to the next level, and it is something every employee believes in and practices on the daily.
Inconvénients
The nature of the business if fluid and constantly changing; there are momentary periods of crisis that require immediate action and can be challenging.
