      Avantages

      Flexible work hours - not much pressure to fulfill an assignment - easy and simple tasks - good communication most of the time - payroll period each friday - Seems like a good company to work for.

      Inconvénients

      low pay to start at $12/hour - have to work 50+ hours to move up in pay but it's achievable - if the District Manager does not communicate well it makes things difficult to plan your week.

      Flexibility and ease of scheduling. No office, no coworkers. No dress code.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to know who to ask what question. You’re really on your own.
