Con's...where do I begin.....this company does not value employees that have been loyal to them. People that have been here for years are being paid the same amount and in some cases LESS then a new person that they hire off the street today! They don't care if a long time employee quits because they have done a mass hiring of people....who cares if the job gets done right or even gets done at al . The owner and all her little cronies are only concerned about greasing their own pockets. In the last three years we have had three paycuts. I GUARANTEE that upper management (the owner and her cronies) have not taken a pay cut. And I would be willing to bet the farm that the have also NOT charged their clients less for the work! Essentially they are getting paid by the client the same amount for the work, but the people that are doing the actual work for them are getting paid 1/4 of what the client is being charged. I have never seen such a GREEDY company nor have I ever seen a company operate with NO integrity...until now. If only their clients knew how they too were being duked. My only happiness is knowing that eventually their clients will find out and then they will fire RDS and eventually this diirtbag company will have to shut their doors. My advice to ANYONE considering taking a job with Retail Data is RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK.
