      Avantages

      I enjoy the flexibility one is given to perform the actual work. Of course, there are deadlines but you can structure your day to suit your schedule as long as you meet the project expectations as to timeliness and accuracy.

      Inconvénients

      The exclusion of your first 30 miles of driving and 30 minutes of your time during each work day. Also, you are personally liable under your own automobile insurance for both property damage and liability even while driving on company business, that is to and from stores and your residence.

      Avantages

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
