Avantages
The schedule can be somewhat flexible.
Inconvénients
Pay is often below minimum wage, some of the work is back breaking, you are asked to work in locations that will ask you to leave if you are discovered. So, it is implied that you need to lie in order to complete your work. Don't expect to earn a living wage. No raise in all the years I worked for this company. You don't even get a yearly review from HR. Here's how they expect you to "earn" a raise.... work faster at the jobs you're given. You'll get done faster, which will free up your schedule to take on more work, thus giving you more money. That's not how a raise works. The turnover is just non stop with this company, yet they don't seem to want to know, or seem to listen, as to why. One week of paid vacation is all you will ever get. Full stop. Lastly, don't expect a promotion. They are almost non existent.
