Avantages
the corporate staff is nice. The training and technical team are nice and fast to respond when you have a question. they try to be comprehensive with the training.
Inconvénients
sketchy that they don't tell you how many scans you did for some jobs in the app. (you get paid per scan). Won't see until payroll. They tell you in training they will ask you if you want to accept a job. That is not the case, they assign it, sometimes with very few days heads up. Even after you tell them your availability and why you can't do certain jobs, they still assign them or ask you. for example, you tell them your available only 15 hours a week, they give you 20 hours. You tell them you can do only 3 hours on Monday, they give you 4 hours worth jobs. Communication among corporate state is poor. You tell one scheduling assistant you can't take a job, but then another scheduling assistant will ask you why you didn't complete the job. They ask for follow up when you are going to finish a job. a big part of the value of this job is flexibility, not the pay. They also give you a date range to finish it, so why do we need to give you an update on when we will complete it? It's all this extra communication work they make you do. Gas and wear on your car may not be worth it for small jobs 30-40 min away
