Avantages
Great co workers for the most part. Everyone is friendly and it is very laid back. Sometimes too laid back but it is the best call center I have worked at.
Inconvénients
Management. They do not respond to their employees concerns as they should. Some TLs have a "I'm better than you are" attitude, supervisors just like the title they have after their name. They do not engage with their employees like most managers should be doing.
