      Avantages

      Office is clean, coffee machine provided.

      Inconvénients

      Untrustable managers. No response message even you send message to them. Even 1day off need ask holiday over a month before. Otherwise they ask you work middle of midnight.

      Avantages

      Structured work, good progression path if you stay long enough. The head of the department (owner's son) is a decent bloke, understanding and sympathetic.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is quite low for the amount of work compared to other companies, especially in London. Senior managment seems like a boys club, but there is a clear heirarchy of who's more important
