Avantages
I traveled a total of 5 hours each day to get to and from work here for 3 months before moving closer. This put a lot of strain and stress on me and management was surprisingly understanding about it. Some of the people who work here are nice but it doesn't always seem genuine
Inconvénients
Beware of the company family mindset - it feels like trying to join in a group of best friends who have known each other for years. Everyone seems against you, unwanting for you to join and any complaints made about you to management will be taken very seriously but not if the other way around. I was constantly trying to improve the company and my everyday tasks in my team, the recognition for this was minimal. There was a miscommunication between another colleague and I regarding being able to go to lunch where a simple "okay" apparently did not mean I could go. This lead to an extreme overreaction from managers claiming I had broken trust, been intentionally deceptive and that the situation was to be escalated. I was 20 years old and I was bullied by management into admitting I did something wrong, only to be told my apology wasn't good enough and that I would need to attend a disciplinary hearing. If you work here KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN and QUIT QUIETLY. They are so affraid of strong voices and paid me off so that I would leave the company before the disciplinary and destroy all of the mountains of evidence I had against them not following procedure and breaking the law.
