      Inconvénients

      There have been 4 rounds of layoffs in 1 year. Many of the SLT are actually freelance, resulting in unsettled team management and consistency. No significant new business win in 1yr+. If you disagree with Leadership, beware!

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
