      - Desafíos constantes, clientes importantes - Estabilidad y se respetan las condiciones de contratación - Buen ambiente laboral entre pares (no desde la gerencia hacia abajo) - Aprendizaje constante

      Inconvénients

      - Falta de empatía en muchas ocasiones - No tienen estructura de beneficios alguna - No proveen ni fomentan cursos o trainings - Imposible negociar mejoras de sueldo - Mentalidad de agencia grande pero hipocresía en la acción - Líderes que son jefes y no inspiran a nadie

I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
