      Avantages

      I'm very curious and excited about where this company will be five years from now. The CEO has a vision for RAPP and he's really committed to realizing that vision. It's an exciting time to be working here! - Great people - Great culture - CEO - Breakfast - BREAKFAST - BREAKFAST!!!

      Inconvénients

      There are one or two people in the agency who like to play politics and are doing their best to undermine the hard work of others. They bring little value to the agency and constantly complain, yet do nothing to address these issues. To be frank, I think they need to take a look in the mirror and acknowledge their mistakes and take responsibility.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
