      Schedule. 4x10s mostly. Some autonomy to the job.

      Inconvénients

      Nonsensical management. They willingly use flawed information to make incomplete decisions and execute poor plans and then do not even review the results to inform future decisions. The company culture equates the term "management" to "finding people to blame, and hiding incompetence behind false toughness".

      Avantages

      Co-workers and managers were very friendly and hilarious to be around. Consistent schedule and paychecks Constant change in technology makes for plenty of learning opportunities

      Inconvénients

      High volume of work made for a very fast paced environment.

      Avantages

      The best reasons to work at RAC NPS was the great crew who had knowledge of what needed to be done daily . This included everyone from administration to techs , drivers and leads . Another reason was the great positive energy that flowed through the company .

      Inconvénients

      The challenges were minimal . I believe the biggest challenge was getting employees to cross train .
