      Avantages

      Colleagues that work at RAC are so warm and embracing and will help whenever they are able. The CEO and Exec are approachable and friendly, the communication channels are always flowing.

      Inconvénients

      Workload is really busy but when everyone is in the same boat, this increases motivation and team work.
