Avantages
During my four years with the RAC, the biggest impact for me has been how much the business has supported my development. I joined in a fairly focused role as a Recruitment Advisor. Since then I've progressed, taking on broader responsibilities and gaining exposure to different areas of the business. It's really helped me build my confidence, develop new skills and understand the business on a much deeper level. It's felt like a genuine journey where I've been able to keep learning and growing with the right support around me. One of the things I value most is RAC’s commitment to investing in its people. I’ve always felt encouraged to keep developing, take on new challenges, and push myself to improve. It’s reassuring to work somewhere that genuinely wants you to be the best version of yourself. The culture is supportive and collaborative, and I’ve always felt that hard work and potential are recognised. For anyone looking to grow their career in an environment that values development and continuous improvement, I’d definitely recommend RAC.
Inconvénients
With lots of opportunities to get involved across the business, it can at times feel fast paced and balancing priorities can be a challenge
