      Avantages

      Good benefits, nice people, and occasional free breakfast and or lunch

      Inconvénients

      Poor management, lack of training, over worked with little pay, no help and support from your team/colleagues, unorganized, and constant bombardment from management when something goes wrong. Please be sure to check what position you are applying to. I applied as an Office Coordinator but somehow ended up doing Project Coordinator work.

      Avantages

      As a sales rep, I loved solving problems for the customer and RW Smith gave us the autonomy to recommend and price our items according to the customer's needs. They gave us ongoing sales training, education and support. I highly recommend this company.

      Inconvénients

      Working in a remote location can be tough, but is do-able with manager support. There are alot of samples so be ready for your trunk to be full of catalogs and samples. You're in and out of your car 8-10 times a day going into accounts. It can be tough starting out with a cold territory.
