Small company- potential to understand the business and be involved in larger projects you wouldn't get to otherwise. Opportunity to lead and grow as an employee.
Inconvénients
I am not certain I know a single employee who is pleased with upper management or the work culture. Toxic behavior is rewarded. Manipulation, bullying and dishonesty are the status quo. Underappreciated and undervalued, the "less than" 90% are pushed to exhaustion while the ones up top put on a show and pat each other on the back for a job well done. If you do receive disingenuous praise, it's all talk- no action taken to support employees. I find it suspicious that negative reviews within the last 2 years have been removed and there is an influx of positive reviews within a short time period, as if certain employees were asked to leave positive reviews. Actions prove to be smoke and mirrors.
