      Avantages

      Great benifits, time off, work / life balance. Management is very accomadating when allowing time off for family. There is a bunch of opportunities to move around in the company. Nice severance packages.

      Inconvénients

      There is little growth because no one wants to leave. There are a few locations. The cafe food sucks. They have been laying people off lately.
