Avantages
Great environement, good coffee, and tons to do. Everyone works really hard for the company and most have familes. Perfect for gaining experiance in many aspects of running and marketing a business. This is a Family owned business so you have to be sure of your own mettle so that you can cope with high expectations.
Inconvénients
This is a mom & pop corporation, so personal information is really on the table. If you don't mind sharing with everyone that could be a good thing. Everyone is expected to put on many hats and required to prove capabilities over and over. Pay could be higher for those doing a multitude of jobs.
