      Avantages

      The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority have a great benefits package including health insurance. Competitive salary. Only electric company in the territory .

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of stress , not enough employees, you have to work different shifts each week and be on call 24/7 specially when the weather conditions are severe.

      Avantages

      PREPA has Good Pay, great health benefits, big number of employees. Good benefits overall. Get to be on the road all day.

      Inconvénients

      Even though it is a good company with good benefits, the bad administration (government) is cutting, in a slow hurtful way all the benefits the company employees have earned. And employees are not working in the happy environment that they used to work in.
