Avantages

You can possibly gains some sales experience and communication skills - Paid Training: you do get paid training on top of commission, if the whole job was hourly + commission it'd be a top tier job, it would actually be an incredible job, but the management needs to make and keep their money I guess... - Okay culture: decently fun in the office, team nights, team dinners, games, networking events. this was the best and possibly only genuinley good part of the job, you're heavily encouraged to work together with your coworkers... not on the job, its actually a little competitive (good? bad? maybe both) but in the office, its all smiles, sharing food, and chilling.

Inconvénients

Honestly, the job wasn't horrible. Tldr; - 6 hour weeks, 10-12 hour days, no exception - commission only, they frame it like theyll pick up the slack but the only reason they do this is so you legally get paid minimum wage, not because they care you had a bad week - misleading work. - Some leaders are extremely rude and just flaunt their money over new starts - Honestly pretty triangular (except the triangle is 3D) if you know what I mean... a little bit more in depth: - they mislead their employees on what the job will be; I thought and a coworker of mine thought it would be a customer service position where pay was hourly+commissions, but on your first day "training", you'll instantly see its actually a door to door sales position - The "training" is really just you shadowing a high sales rep, we also did little games in the office before to get you to remember the prices, and little warm up pitches in the office before we'd go "in the feild". - The hours were Brutal! I was sick once and I still went it, it was hot, I was nauseous, fatigued and generally feeling horrible! I still went in though because the management discouraged off days. - The job is commission only, I dont want to give actual numbers but the difference between a great sale and an alright sale was negligible until you start getting into the big leagues. for example (not real numbers), if the lowest youd make per sale would be say, $20, the highest would be $50 BUT the client needs to buy the best and most expensive offer so most of your sales would be $20s. If you make 2 sales per day (waaaaay harder than it seems) youd be making just above what youd make at mcdonalds for the same amount of time. Dont get me wrong, maybe sometimes youd get a $50 or two in the week and youd be good but if you slip for a week and make 5 or so sales in a week, you're cooked! - I dont want to talk about the rude leaders too much for obvious reasons but yeah, they werent the best, maybe one or two of them were cool but the warmth 90% came from coworkers, you'd think itd be the opposite since the leaders get paid based of the sales of their "students"? (I dont know a better word, they teach the new starts until the new starts become leaders and hire their own students... more on that in a sec), they're rude and are even rude to you when their training you, if you get hired and are their because your just a chill dude, leave and work at target or something - I'm just gonna say it its an MLM scheme, no way around it. Your join and start as a grunt, out "in the field", do that for however long, making either great money or scrape by money. You stay for long enough, make enough sales and are truested enough by management to become a leader where now your job is to train grunts and take a little from their sales, you do that for 5+ years and become a... big boss? where you're above leaders, you now have leaders below you and in turn, grunts below you. Now you train leaders on how to hire and vet grunts, still you take a kick back from the leaders and in turn, the grunts. Do this for who knows how long... 10+ years and finally, youre a manager or owner, you have your own office, your own big bosses, your own leaders and your own grunts, you run the office and take a kickback from your big bosses, your leaders, and your grunts; but it you make a sale, you get the full amount (if we use the metric from earlier lets say $60-150 per sale). There's one manager, like, 2 big bosses, maybe 4 leaders (2 under each big boss) and 4 or 5 grunts under each leader. Final TLDR; its a d2d sales job, the hours suck, its commission only
