      Avantages

      -Great People -Fun environment - excellent opportunity to learn

      Inconvénients

      Poor management decisions are never subject to any level of accountability. New executive leadership is very arrogant and seems uninterested and distrustful of the department as a whole. Architecture design is poor and leads to constant "emergencies." There is no thought given to how development and operations work together. priority is always given to new features, which results in mountains of technical debt. The company is constantly reminding employees that they Have a few hundred million in liquid assets, but they never seem to spend it on improving what they actually deliver, or in IT's case, how they deliver it.

      Great company, great leadership, very clear strategy and a very passionate community.

      Inconvénients

      Not many cons, maybe disorganized sometimes. Too many internal meetings.

      Cool opportunities to be at the heart of the project management industry, where the professional is going, the great Scrum debates of our time.

      Inconvénients

      Members of the leadership team are clearly in inappropriate relationships and have inappropriate working dynamics. Folks who move on regularly refer to themselves as having “escaped” and commonly marvel at how people thrive once they are free from this stifling environment. HR and the board alike are cowed by the current leadership and decline to take any corrective action, resulting in employee feedback about the toxicity of the organization going into a black hole.
