      Avantages

      At one point they gave bonuses, allowed a little flexibility in working hours

      Inconvénients

      Know for a fact they laid multiple good people off without notice or severance. A very dry work environment - be ready for 2-3 hour meetings with a lot of Project Management jargon constantly being bandied about. Also, they were trying to offshore whatever they could when I was there.
