Avantages

The inclusivity at this company is amazing.

Inconvénients

They mess with your money really bad. They want you to think they have a bunch of incentives and other things to offer but it's all a smoke show. Not getting paid OT pay for OT hours was my last straw. They PUSH sales onto the customer service roll WAY too much. The only weekly trainings we get are for pushing sales, not for the actual important parts of the position. Also, supervisors are almost impossible to get in touch with and no one is ever on the same page. And the shift bidding is a joke. Don't take the position if you don't like the hours.

Avantages

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Inconvénients

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
